Can I bring my clients over from Notion?
Yes. Connect Notion once and Manyloom brings your client files and your product list over. Spreadsheets work too: paste them in, or send them and we help you move.
Who checks the products in a plan?
Loomy’s checker reads your product list against the client’s skin profile. It flags comedogenic products on acne-prone skin, actives that clash in the same routine, pregnancy cautions, a missing SPF in the morning and a retinoid in the morning. It is a second pair of eyes; you make the call.
Do I keep my booking app?
Keep it. Vagaro, Boulevard or Fresha go on running the chair, booking and checkout. Manyloom holds everything around it. Booking inside Manyloom is on the way.
Is it a medical record?
Manyloom keeps client files, skin profiles and care plans. Medical charts and health records belong in a compliant record such as Aesthetic Record. Mark sensitive notes Sealed and no AI reads them.
Is there a free plan?
Manyloom is paid from day one. New accounts pay $29 a month for the first three months, and the first billing period gets 10 extra days, so the second charge comes about 41 days later.
Can my team and my clients use it?
One account runs the whole business, and the people who work with you share the login. Each client gets a free private page with their plan, tasks and invoices.
Is my data private? Do you train AI on it?
Your work never trains a model and is never sold. Mark anything Private and it is processed only on Manyloom’s own servers, or Sealed and no AI reads it at all.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly or annual, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Export everything before you go.
